If it’s still not working, click I'm not receiving approval requests. We’ll send you an SMS code instead.
Once you've logged in with the SMS code, please send us a bug report. You can do this in iOS by going to the Account tab, clicking on the icon in the top-right corner, then Settings and Report a bug.
If you’re using Android, please send us an email and include your TransferWise membership number (starting with P).
We can use the bug report to check what's gone wrong and fix it for next time.
