You can download statements for your balances and Jars for a 365-day period at a time from the website or app.
If you need statements for a period longer than 365 days, you'll need to download multiple statements, each covering a maximum of 365 days. The statement will show all transactions, including any hidden activities.
How to download statements
You can download your statement in two different ways.
Directly from the balance or Jar:
Click on the balance or Jar you want the statement for.
Select the three dots in the top-right corner
Select Statements and reports (you can also select statement of fees as a separate document)
Select the type of document you want
You would need to enter your Wise password to confirm the download
From the home screen:
Click on your initials in the top corner.
Select Statements and reports.
Select the type of document you want (you can also select statement of fees as a separate document)
Choose the balance or Jar you need the statement for and select the time period.
You would need to enter your Wise password to confirm the download
For accounting statements, tick the box to have fees shown separately.
Available file formats:
Web: PDF, XLSX (Excel), CSV, MT940, QIF, or CAMT.053 (version 10 only)
App: PDF, CSV and XLSX (Excel)
How do I download multiple statements?
This feature is currently limited, but we're working on making it available to all users soon. On the Web, you can select multiple balances and jars at once to download statements all in one go.
On web, click on your initials in the top corner → Statements and reports → Statement
Choose the balances and Jars you need the statement for and select the time period.
Depending on the size of your statements, you’ll either be able to download the zip file immediately or receive an email with a link to download.
How do I get an official signature?
You can also add an official signature to the statement. Tick the Stamp and sign this document box at the bottom of the statements screen. We'll need to verify your address if it hasn't been verified before.
