What you’ll be doing
Unlike other roles at TransferWise, you won’t be embedded in a product team. Instead, you’ll be working with the nearly 40 Analysts who are, helping them understand how to answer customers’ questions, help them when they get stuck, and guide them through solving their own problems. You’ll get to the heart of all those things — and build solutions that are scalable as we grow.
You’ll support and develop the guild’s existing Lead Analysts, and work with product managers, engineers, designers, and everyone else needed to get it done.
Whilst you’ll be focusing on empowering Analysts at TransferWise, you’ll also be leading the overall Data and Analytics strategy. So you’ll be facilitating cross-team projects, shape our tooling and platform discussions, create our growth plan, and guide us on what we need to do to reach Mission Zero.
