Product Recruitment Lead – London

We’re looking for a Product Recruitment Lead to help us scale our global teams in new and existing markets. This is a unique opportunity to bring your ideas and expertise to one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe, defining the vision, delivering the plan and leading the team.  

At TransferWise we’ve doubled in size in the last 18 months to 1600+ people globally and we continue to grow at breakneck speed. You’ll ideally be based in London, but open to travelling to support your teams based in Budapest, Estonia and New York. Your mission:

  • Shape the product hiring vision and put in place a hiring plan that will enable us to hire 100 new Wisers into the product team, in the next 18 months
  • Deliver the hiring plan at speed whilst maintaining and growing our unique mission-driven culture
  • Develop the hiring process and to confidently give candidates the best possible experience as they tackle our ambitious hiring goals.

  • How can we best use data and insights to improve recruitment planning across the product team?
  • How can you help build our employer brand to increase the number of quality candidates applying directly and tap into new audiences?
