SEO Specialist - Affiliate partners – London

What’s the role?

As SEO specialist for TransferWise partner websites, you will be supporting the account management team in building tools to run technical analysis on inbound and existing partners, identifying content gaps and rolling out new content campaigns to drive user acquisition. You will be responsible for auditing our inbound affiliate partners globally and will work with the account managers to develop growth strategies with our top affiliate partners - mainly focused around creating and pushing out high intent, SEO optimised content campaigns.

The affiliate and partnerships team is a core driver of growth for TransferWise, with the goal of working with partners to acquire new customers through campaigns that bring transparency to the money transfer industry, educating more customers about the true cost of sending money abroad.

The role and skills you can develop

This is a great position for someone with strong communication and quantitative skills who is looking to develop experience within digital marketing.

You’ll have the opportunity to launch activities to influence performance at scale and ensure the smooth running of our affiliate program within the following projects:

PartnerWise, our inbound affiliate program

You will work on our PartnerWise product which includes:

  • Build auditing tools and automate review of inbound lead applications.
  • Monitor traffic of SEO affiliates to spot any abnormalities and trends.
  • Sync with the SEO team on broader search strategy to dominate SERP.  
  • Analyse channel performance to identify trends and patterns that could be optimised to improve the channel’s acquisition.
  • Build share of voice reports and use search data to produce content recommendations for partners.

Account management and content development

You will directly manage some of our top content partners whilst working with the account management team to:

  • Produce monthly performance reports for top partners
  • Conduct keyword research to identify new addressable search volume
  • Produce content briefs for top partners
  • Audit partners’ existing content to ensure they are fully optimised for conversion & search
  • Manage regular communications to partners regarding new product updates and campaigns conversion tools

What skills do I need?

  • Experience in SEO ideally agency side. Experience building affiliate websites is a plus.
  • Good understanding of tracking technologies and analytics. Ideally basic SQL.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good client relationship skills.
  • Head for numbers and can easily extract key insights from data.
  • Independent worker who can take the initiative.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
