We’re looking for the first Product Analyst to join our rapidly growing London or Tallinn office.
So, what's the job?
You have the opportunity to work on an extremely high-impact team that works on the very beginning of a customer’s experience with TransferWise. Our challenge is to understand exactly what people are looking for and help them get to where they need to as quickly as possible. Sitting so high up the funnel means that we can experiment frequently and quickly while learning at speed.
As a product analyst in the conversion team, you’d build the reports, funnels, and tracking that the rest of the company depends on to make better product decisions. Through your work, you will develop a deep understanding of our customers and what they really want to accomplish when they visit our website or download our app.
You will help teams across TransferWise to better understand our customers and their intent from early on in their journey. This will make incredible impact on product decisions and in turn, a huge impact on a customer’s experience when using TransferWise for the first time.
