So, what's the job?
You will be working with our Borderless account team to provide the best possible experience for TransferWise customers using our new product, driving changes that impact our KPIs, reduce costs and improve convenience. Our Borderless account got launched in 2017 and since then we’ve got a lot of traction. As we expand globally and improve our product, your impact will be global and you’ll be required to work with people across offices.
From analysing conversion funnels to building segmentation models using machine learning algorithms, you’ll have a diversity of projects to work with an ever-growing amount of data from our over 200K account holders around the world. Your work will be instrumental in improving our product, making an impact on our customers' lives, and moving us closer to our mission.
