Account Executive (Affiliates & Partnerships Team) – London

What’s the role?

As an accounts executive you will be supporting the account management team with reporting and rolling out new content campaigns to drive user growth. You will be responsible for managing our inbound affiliate partners globally (350 per month and growing) and will work with the Senior Account Manager to develop growth strategies with our top affiliate partners - mainly focused around creating and pushing out high intent, SEO optimised content campaigns.

The affiliate and partnerships team is a core driver of growth for TransferWise, with the goal of working with partners to acquire new customers through campaigns that bring transparency to the money transfer industry, educating more customers about the true cost of sending money abroad.

The role and skills you can develop

This is a great entry position for someone with strong communication and quantitative skills who is looking to develop experience within digital marketing and develop relationships with top partner accounts.

You’ll have the opportunity to launch new content campaigns with our top partners and ensure the smooth running of our affiliate program within the following projects:

Account management and development

You will directly manage at least 4 of our top content partners whilst working with the account management team to:

  • Produce monthly performance reports for top partners
  • Conduct keyword research to identify new content ideas
  • Produce content briefs for top partners
  • Proof partner content
  • Audit top partners’ existing content to ensure they are fully optimised for conversion
  • Manage regular communications to partners regarding new product updates and campaign conversion tools

PartnerWise, our inbound affiliate program

You will own our PartnerWise product which includes:

  • Review inbound lead applications
  • Manage PartnerWise inbox and all queries regarding the affiliate program
  • Maintain and update creative assets and tools we provide for all our affiliate partners

What skills do I need?

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good client relationship skills
  • Commercially astute and able to handle negotiations with partners effectively
  • Knowledge of SEO preferable
  • Head for numbers and can easily extract key insights from data
  • Interested in developing a career in marketing and you’ll be able to demonstrate this through your studies or hobbies
  • Independent worker who can take the initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
