    • Has experience proving all the necessary account opening documents (KYC) to a bank or any other relatively involved account opening process

    • Has experience providing detailed KYC documentation within a corporate environment

          • You will process alerts raised by AML risk rules

          • Carry on EDD and other deep dive investigations for customers

          • Identify and report suspicious activity

          • As well as act as 2nd level support for Payments and Customer Support teams for AML cases


          Anti Fraud tasks

          • You will process Fraud Checks Reports, deep dive into suspicious transactions and take appropriate actions

          • Improve algorithms - provide input to engineers with practical descriptions of how detection rules must be adapted in order to increase efficiency

          • Automate fraud blocks - describe and update rules that are needed for automated blocks and refunds

          • Own the card chargeback management process - respond to banks, monitor underlying metrics, come up with solutions to reduce risks

          • Prevent upcoming new risks by providing advice for new product and business developments

          • And again act as 2nd level support for Payments and Customer Support teams for AML cases


          Is this you?

          • KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti Money Laundering) or Anti Fraud background

          • At least 3 years of work experience in a matching specialist role.

          • A high school diploma or GED equivalent

          • Punctual, independent, proactive and willing to get things done

          • Ability to multi-task and take responsibility in challenging situations

          • Ability to take charge in critical situations and work on resolving problems

          • Excellent verbal & written language skills, fluent in English

          • Any other extra language is an advantage
