Based in Old Street, the hub of London’s startup scene, we’re growing at an extraordinary rate and looking for exceptional talent to jump on board. We’re currently just over 300 people strong and handling many millions of pounds daily.

We're looking for a talented Affiliate & Partnerships Manager, someone with great communication skills and preferably fluent in at least 1 European language besides English to join our London office. We’re looking for a data rock-star, who can help us spread the revolution to the customers that need us the most. So, what’s the role?

    • Embed the new data into our business-wide analytical front-end tools

    • Use your understanding of our customer data to recommend more predictive or responsive customer value models

    • Implement any promising new models in mySQL / Python / R and share your findings with the business

    • A superstar with visualisation and presenting data in a way that makes people go "damn, that’s beautiful".

    • Experience in customer segmentation across widely varied customer bases

    • You know how to do cohort analysis and think in lifetime value terms

    • Up to the challenge of a fast pace and high growth business where nothing is set in stone.

You will be looking for a fun environment, but understand that with autonomy comes trust and accountability and you will be comfortable dealing with that.
