When you set up a transfer, you’ll be able to choose how you want to pay for it. If you can’t see boleto there, it could be because of a few reasons.
Each calendar month, you’re only able to send 9,000 BRL by boleto. You also can’t send more than 9,000 BRL in one go. If you’ve reached this limit, you won’t be able to pay by boleto. But you can pay by bank transfer instead.
At some point, we’ll need to verify the account you send from. We can do this if you pay by bank transfer.
If we need to verify your account, we’ll show a message when you get to the payment step asking you to choose bank transfer. Once you’ve made a successful payment by bank transfer, you’ll be able to pay by boleto again.
