Who can I send XOF to?
You can send XOF to individual and business bank accounts in Benin, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Niger, Senegal, and Togo.
What information do I need about my recipient?
You’ll need their full name (up to 35 English characters only), BBAN, and the recipient bank country.
The BBAN must be 24 characters long and consist of a 5-character bank code, 5-digit branch code, 12-digit account number and 2-digit RIB key (Relevé d’Identité Bancaire, or Statement of Banking Identity).
People with a bank account all have an RIB, which has all the information needed for a transfer.
How much can I send?
You can send up to 70 million XOF per transfer.
How long does it usually take for the money to arrive?
Once TransferWise receives and converts your money, it usually takes 1 working day to arrive in your recipient’s bank account. Conversion can take up to 2 working days.
