Recipient IBAN Yes IBAN should be 15 characters long (letters and numbers) and begin with HR

    We cannot make transfers to local authorities or the public sector in Croatia

HRK Refunds

If you cancel your transfer from HRK when you have already sent the money to us, and the transfer has not yet been completed, then we can simply refund your money back to you. See what is required to complete the refund for your payment method below.

Bank Transfer

When refunding a bank transfer, the money must be sent back to the account it came from and we will ask for the following details:

- Account holder name
- IBAN

Your money will then be sent back to you and should arrive within 2 working days maximum.
