What if I can't login with 2-step login?

If you're unable to login to your account using 2-step login, please contact us and we'll happily help.

Why do I get asked for 2-step login every time I login?

You'll be asked for 2-step login every time you log in to the same device if you don’t tick remember me when entering your email and password.

If you tick remember me, you'll remain logged into your computer or other device for 2 weeks from your first login, after which you'll have to login with 2-step login once again. We do this to keep your money safe, and prevent criminals from accessing your account.
