As soon as your business profile is set up, you'll be able to choose which profile you make transfers with from the drop down menu at the top of the page. Please always make sure to check which profile you're using before creating a transfer to avoid delays.
Switching profiles on our Android app is very similar to the website, as you access the drop down menu in the top right hand corner and select which profile to send from.
Switching on the iPhone App is a bit trickier, as you first need to go to your profile page from the menu along the bottom of the screen.
You can then select 'Settings' on this page.
On the 'Settings' menu, in the middle of the page, you can select 'Send as business'. Don't forget to switch this once you have completed your business payment.
