I Have a Different Question. Who Do I Contact?

If you have general questions about TransferWise or your past, current or future transfers with us, you can reach us in any of the following ways. 

1. Send an email to TransferWise support

It's best to send the e-mail from your email address registered with TransferWise and include: 

- Your transfer number (if you have a transfer related question)
- Your TransferWise profile number (beginning with a "P") which can be see next to your name once logged into your TransferWise profile. 

We will get back to as quickly as possible! Usually within 3-5 working hours. 

2. Call us from the United States at +1 888 908 3833​

TransferWise support is ready to talk Mon-Fri, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m Eastern Standard Time. 

If you're calling from abroad, please see the right side of this screen for the appropriate number. 

3. Contact us via "Live Chat"

If we're available to chat, you'll see a small green "live chat" box in the bottom, right corner of the screen on all pages of transferwise.com (including this one!).
