Australian Bank Code (BSB)

A BSB (Bank-State-Branch) number is a 6-digit numerical code used to identify a specific bank branch in Australia for domestic payments. We need it to complete all transfers to Australia.

This code is made up of three sets of numbers. The first two identify the bank, the third identifies the state, and the last three identify the branch address.

NOTE: When making a transfer to Australia using TransferWise, the BSB should be entered as one long number without spaces, dashes or other separation (e.g. 123456 instead of 12-3-456 or other variation).
