If you cancel your transfer from BGN when you have already sent the money to us and the transfer has not yet been completed, then we can simply refund your money back to you.
The money must be sent back to the account it came from and we will ask for the following details:
- Account holder name
- Bank code (BIC/SWIFT)
Your money will then be sent back to you and should arrive within 2 working days maximum.
Please note that we can not send payment of taxes, insurances, fees and other liabilities to the centralized budget and the administrators of incomes, i.e. municipality, national insurance etc.
These payment types are not standard domestic payments.
