|How to send money||Local bank transfer, credit or debit card||Please make sure to include the unique reference we provide you. If you are not able to use letters in the reference, then please add it to message or note to recipient. Please do not add it to specific symbol/reference or variable symbol/reference section. Paying with a debit card carries an additional 0.2% fee, and with a credit card a 0.3% fee.|

If you cancel your transfer from CZK when you have already sent the money to us and the transfer has not yet been completed, then we can simply refund your money back to you.
The money must be sent back to the account it came from and we will ask for the following details:
- Account holder name
- Bank code (BIC/SWIFT)
Your money will then be sent back to you and should arrive within 2 working days maximum.
