Basic Information   Notes
TransferWise Fee 0.7% (or the equivalent of 42 CZK for payments under 6000 CZK) When sending from currencies where the fee would normally be 0.5%, the fee is instead 0.7%.
Delivery time* 1 working day (maximum) *After payout. Please keep in mind that TransferWise can take up to two working days to convert your funds from receiving the deposit

Required Details    
Recipient Full Name Yes When sending to individuals, please include first name and surname
Recipient IBAN/Local Account Number Yes IBAN should be 24 characters long (letters and numbers) and begin with CZ, or local account number should be maximum 10 digits
Recipient SWIFT/BIC code Yes SWIFT/BIC code 8-11 characters (letters and numbers)

Time for deposit to reach TransferWise 1-2 working days Please note: TransferWise usually only receives deposits within UK working hours (9-5 UK time Mon-Fri)
How to send money Local bank transfer, credit or debit card Please make sure to include the unique reference we provide you. If you are not able to use letters in the reference, then please add it to message or note to recipient. Please do not add it to specific symbol/reference or variable symbol/reference section.

CZK Refunds

If you cancel your transfer from CZK when you have already sent the money to us and the transfer has not yet been completed, then we can simply refund your money back to you. 

The money must be sent back to the account it came from and we will ask for the following details:

- Account holder name
- IBAN
- Bank code (BIC/SWIFT)

Your money will then be sent back to you and should arrive within 2 working days maximum.
