The minimum fee for sending from AUD varies depending on the receiving currency. You can follow this link to our pricing page to check the minimum fee and the threshold amount for any transfer that you wish to complete.

|Guaranteed Rate||Yes||For transfers to CHF, EUR, GBP, and USD from AUD, the rate is guaranteed (locked) at the mid-market rate for 2 working days (48 hours) from the time you finish creating the order. For transfers to all other currencies, the rate is determined at the time of conversion.|
|Debit/Credit Card Payments||Yes||The limit per payment for AUD card payments is 3500 AUD. Paying with a credit card carries an additional 0.6% fee.|

If you cancel your transfer from AUD when you have already sent the money to us (using one of the payment methods listed), and the transfer has not yet been completed, then we can simply refund your money back to you. See what is required to complete the refund for your payment method below.
When refunding a bank transfer, the money must be sent back to the account it came from and we will ask for the following details:
- Account holder name
- Account Number
- BSB Code
Your money will then be sent back to you and should arrive within 2 working days maximum.
Card payment refunds are an automatic process (but not instant), and once you cancel a payment, your money will be sent back to the card you paid from. This will then take up to 10 working days to reflect back on your card.
