What's SEPA?

SEPA stands for Single Euro Payments Area, and is an agreement between countries within Europe setting standards for EUR-EUR transfers within this zone. It aims to make transfers between European banks the same as domestic transfers, carrying no additional charges.

For further information about SEPA, see here.

TransferWise has two Euro bank accounts which we use to send and receive Euro deposits - one in Estonia and one in Germany.
