It is possible to change your email address on TransferWise if, for example, you no longer use the email originally listed on your profile.
In order to do this, you can give us a call and we can change it over the phone for you. Our phone numbers can be found here, and if you can't call us, no problem. If you send us an email with a valid phone number to call (and also please let us know your timezone, and a preferred time) then we can give you a call and help you out.
For the time being, we have to change email addresses by phone for security reasons.
