If you don't have access to your email
How to change your email address
1. Log into TransferWise. Make sure you’re on the website rather than the app. If you log in with Google or Facebook, you’ll need to disconnect from your social account first.
2. Go to Settings. You can find it in the upper right hand corner.
3. Go to Email Settings. You’ll see the currently listed email address there.
4. Change email address. You can type in the new email address there.
5. Confirm. We’ll send an email to the new email address, and ask you to confirm it’s really you with your password. The change won’t be complete until you do this.
6. All set! Now you can log in with your new email address.
How to disconnect from your social account
1. Log into TransferWise. Make sure you’re on the website rather than the app.
2. Go to settings. You can find it in the upper right hand corner.
3. Click on Connected social accounts. Choose Disconnect.
4. Create a password. To make sure you can log back in next time, go to Change password in the same Settings page and a set a password.
