Who can contact you on behalf of my business?

All communication about your business' transfers will either go through the named profile holder, or a business contact.

To authorise someone to be a point of contact for your business, you'll need to provide us with a letter or email from a director of the business. If you send a letter, this must be signed and dated. If you send an email, this must come from your own personal email address (not a generic company email address). The document needs to state the following:
  • Confirmation that the director authorises the named individual(s) to deal with communication between the business and TransferWise.
  • Confirmation of the following details of the business contact(s):
    • Full name
    • Date of birth
    • Email address used for work purposes
    • Phone number
    • Position in the company
Your business contact can carry out the following actions on your TransferWise profile:
  • Request and receive information about transfers within the business profile
  • Request to change the business address or other information that can be verified through the online business registry
Business contacts must contact us from their confirmed email address and phone number only.
