If you cancel your transfer from DKK when you have already sent the money to us (using one of the payment methods listed), and the transfer has not yet been completed, then we can simply refund your money back to you. See what is required to complete the refund for your payment method below.
When refunding a bank transfer, the money must be sent back to the account it came from and we will ask for the following details:
- Account holder name
- Bank code (BIC/SWIFT)
Your money will then be sent back to you and should arrive within 2 working days maximum.
Card payment refunds are an automatic process (but not instant), and once you cancel a payment, your money will be sent back to the card you paid from. This will then take up to 10 working days to reflect back on your card.
Trustly refunds can only be sent back to the same bank account you paid from. Your money should arrive within 2 working days maximum.
