Starting soon, we’ll ask you to approve certain actions in your account. This will keep your money and data even safer.

You’ll approve actions on the web with your password.

Approve Transfer on web

If you’re on a mobile device, you’ll approve with your password or fingerprint or face ID.

And if you use Google or Facebook to log in, you’ll have to set a password for your account the next time you log in.

This is part of our commitment to Strong Customer Authentication

Starting September 14th, the EU will require stronger customer authentication. We’re happy to oblige, since this will keep everyone safer. This is why we launched the 3D Secure feature for spending on our debit card, too.
