If you spot suspicious activity on your Wise account, or you think you've been scammed when sending money to or from Wise:
1. Get in touch with us straight away
Log into your account to get help from us. We might be able to stop the transfer before it goes through.
If the money has already gone through, we can’t guarantee you’ll be able to get it back. But we’ll do everything we can to help. We’ll send you any money that comes back to us.

2. Log out across all devices
If you're a Wise customer and you suspect someone else has access to your account, log out of your Wsie account on all devices. We’ll help you recover your account securely, the next time you try to log back in.

Select Log out of all devices

Select your details in the top left
Select Privacy and security
Select Log out everywhere
3. File a police report
If you’re the victim of fraud — a crime has been committed against you. You should report it to the police, and Wise can supply them with information to help your case.
Wise can't get involved in disputes between senders and recipients, so please make sure you know and trust the person or business you're sending to before setting up the transfer.
