Another way to see the status of your transfer is via the Ria Money Transfer mobile app. If you don’t have it, you’ll need to first download it from the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).

1. Open the app and sign in to your account
2. Tap ‘Track’ at the bottom of the screen - you’ll find it next to ‘Send’
3. Paste or type in your order number or PIN.
